Holzweiler is a family business, Oslo-based fashion house founded in 2012 by siblings, Susanne & Andreas Holzweiler. After running their own fashion agency for years, the siblings started their own brand in the spirit of curiosity and craftmanship, with the aim to make good fashion that can stand the test of time with design director Maria Skappel Holzweiler on board.

Overview

As of 2022, the company is focusing on becoming a more sustainable player in the fashion industry and increasing customer transparency.

The campaign intends to provide important information to those supporting the brand seamlessly and take responsibility for shaping the future of fashion.

We want to make it easy for you to know where, when and how your garments were made, so that you have all the tools you need to make responsible decisions for yourself.

Outcome

Keeping the existing Holzweiler branding as the core of the stylistic choices, all designs were made with a clean and minimal aesthetic.

I introduced an additional calligraphic typeface as a display font giving the marketing collateral a modern, sophisticated feel. In turn, the typeface reiterates the premium feeling of the brand.

Imagery is presented as juxtaposed photos of products and Norwegian nature to seamlessly draw the connection to the impact the clothing makes on the environment. Additional details of the fabric composition and symbol certifications are strategically placed for visibility and recognition.

The text used throughout the marketing collateral was informative and complemented by close-up shots of the products, creating an immersive customer experience. The graceful movements of the displayed clothing added to the overall feeling of quality and sophistication.
