This platform serves as a network and resource hub for parents who receive a report of concern from the Child Welfare Service, as well as foster parents who seek a deeper understanding of the situation. Additionally, it provides a source of support and information for children and young people who are under the care of the Child Welfare Service, and serves as a valuable tool for lawyers working on child welfare cases.

Overview

The main objective of this project was to create a brand identity that accurately reflects the organization’s values and mission. This involved developing a brand-mark that would convey a sense of stability and reliability to potential clients and partners, while also being modern and adaptable to the evolving needs of the audience.

Moreover, it was crucial that the brand-mark instills confidence and trust in the organization’s abilities and credibility, while also being empowering to reflect the organization’s commitment to supporting and uplifting its clients and stakeholders. Additionally, the brand-mark needed to be approachable and friendly, while maintaining a professional and authoritative image, ensuring that it would appeal to a broad range of audiences, including potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Outcome

A polished, bold and strong typeface was chosen as the logotype with a lowercase B to keep the brand both modern and approachable.

The two links that represent a “B” are symbolic of relationships and trust that are build and repaired by this service.

The colour purple was chosen as it associated with wisdom, bravery, & spirituality.

“Having purple near you can spark new ideas, as well as the passion and fulfillment that may call out for them about in the first place.”
